I decided to take my Instagram SUPER seriously in June even though I had heard allll the things.
“Instagram is dead!” “It’s impossible to grow on Instagram” “You have to pay to play”
I ignored that (bad) advice and went ALL IN on my own Instagram growth, specifically focusing on just reels. Why? Because I knew that was going to be the quickest way to grow and reach non-followers.
And guess what happened?
- I went from 0-8,000 followers in ONE month
- I grew my email list to 1,500
- I had a $5,000 launch DAY from my course
- I signed amazing 1:1 clients

I figured out what problem I solve
So much of growing on social media is solving a problem for someone. Your niche is less about the topic you talk about and way more about the problem you solve for your audience. What is your dream followers’ goal? What are their struggles? How do YOU specifically help them achieve their goals and overcome their struggles?
I was consistent
When I say consistent, I don’t mean just posting consistently. Yes, that is very important too. But it also means consistency in your messaging and the type of content you post. People want to feel like they can trust you and that can’t happen if your content is all over the place.
I went ALL IN on reels
I knew it was the quickest way to reach non-followers so I posted every single day, sometimes twice a day. I optimized them and made them work for the platform (I didn’t repost from Tiktok). That is ultimately what helped me grow quickly and reach my dream followers!
